Overview
Sales Deck is the presentation editor for the selected client. It builds a prospect-facing slide story, publishes it to a share link and creates an editable Google Slides file. Agents, Presentations lists the same presentations and opens this editor for one of them. The How it works row outlines drafting, review and export. Eligible Client Admins also see Private media, where they can save and approve their own screenshot and supporting facts without publishing or sending them.
How to use this page
Pick the client
Use the client switcher and complete its Playmaker value proposition before generating.
Select the presentation
Use Presentation to choose Original deck or an available named presentation for this client. Focus the selector and press Up or Down to open it. Use Up/Down to move, Home/End to jump to the first/last option, and Enter or Space to choose. If a search field appears, type to filter, then press Down to reach the options. Escape closes without changing the value; Tab closes and moves on. The version list and generation apply to that choice. Switching presentations clears the current version preview and replaces Extra Instructions with that presentation's saved Audience and purpose, if any. The selector is unavailable while generation or Google Slides creation is running.
Set the style, logo, and instructions
Choose a style theme, review or replace the logo, and add focused Extra Instructions. On phones and narrow windows, these settings appear above the workspace. In the existing-logo card, Replace logo appears below the logo and its description.
Read How it works
The How it works row names the four steps: configured Playmaker and brand settings; compose a slide-by-slide meeting narrative; review the saved version before export; create an editable Slides file. It is a plain reminder, not a control.
Generate and review the deck
Select Generate Sales Deck, then choose a saved version under Versions and inspect every slide. Use the version theme controls if needed. On smaller screens, Versions appears above the preview and each content slide's Big takeaway appears below its main text. Scroll down to review the full deck.
Create the editable Google Slides file
Click Create Google Slides after review. Reopen or recreate the file from the saved version when needed.
Publish and share the presentation
Select a saved version under Versions, then select Publish this version and wait for Presentation published. Publish this version again republishes a version that is already published, making it the one the link shows. Select View published presentation to open the share link in a new tab. Named presentations use their own app.saleshive.com/presentations link and need no website; Original deck uses the original website's /deck address once that website is published. Review the presentation before sharing its link.
Navigate a published interactive deck
Select a topic in Contents to jump straight to that slide, or use Previous and Next to move in order. The SalesHive-style viewer uses a compact contents list; scroll it when the window is too short to show every topic. In a canvas presentation, the Slide index menu also opens or hides Contents on desktop, giving the slide more room; M toggles it and Escape closes it. Contents starts closed on narrow screens. Other interactive presentations offer keyboard-focusable contents buttons and a sun or moon icon for their separate deck theme. In the SalesHive-style viewer, desktop slides scale to fit the available space. On narrow screens, scroll within the slide to read all its content; changing slides returns to the top. Available controls depend on the presentation format. These controls do not edit or publish the saved deck. The example shows the public SalesHive canvas presentation.
Save private media when available
Select a saved version under Versions. In Private media, choose a non-animated PNG, JPEG or WebP screenshot up to 10 MiB. Add a Title and Accessible description. Use Add a fact and source for each supported fact, or Remove fact to discard a pair. Every added fact needs a source. Select Save new version, then Preview saved draft to inspect the saved image. Save before switching presentations, versions or workspaces; unsaved edits do not carry across.
Approve and preview a saved screenshot
After reviewing the saved draft, select Approve this version. Approval requires saved, unchanged fields, an available image and the matching current deck source. Select Preview approved version to display the image and its approved facts. Text appears only after the image loads; with no facts, the accessible description is used. Use Previous facts and Next facts when several pages are available. This is a private text-and-image preview, not spoken audio or publication.
Refresh, revoke or recover private media
Use Revoke approval to withdraw approval while keeping the saved draft. If the source changed, save a refreshed version and review it before approving again. After a failed or unconfirmed change, select Reload saved media and inspect the saved state first. Unsaved text stays during a same-account reload. Use Retry the exact previous request when offered, or Recover saved upload for an unconfirmed stored upload. Follow any replacement-image instruction. An access change clears the private content.

- Previous facts / Next facts
- Move through long approved fact sets after the preview image loads. Shown only when multiple fact pages are needed.

- Reload confirmed state after an error before continuing. Retry repeats the retained request; Recover checks an unconfirmed stored upload. Availability depends on the saved state.
