Questions, answered

Your questions, answered.

01

Do I still need a separate data provider like ZoomInfo or Apollo?

You can build and enrich lists through SalesHive using supported sources, including ZoomInfo and Apollo. Available sources, fields, and credit requirements depend on your account and the work requested. You can review a search before committing to paid enrichment.

02

Where does the data come from?

Several sources, inside one platform. Account Search runs across ten BrightData datasets including Google Maps, LinkedIn Companies, People and Jobs, Crunchbase, company profiles, Manta, Indeed, and Amazon and Walmart sellers. ZoomInfo enrichment appends verified contact details, and Research Bots add agentic web research on top, so you can fill custom fields no fixed dataset would cover.

03

How does contact enrichment work?

Review search results, choose the relevant people, and use a supported source to add available emails and phone numbers. Enrichment can require data credits. Save the reviewed results as a Contact List or export them, and use the available validation checks before outreach.

04

What are Research Bots and when should I use them?

Research Bots are for the fields no off-the-shelf dataset gives you. Upload a CSV, define the target fields you want filled, and the bots run agentic, multi-pass web research to find each one. Every value comes back with a confidence score and a source URL, so you can trust the result and verify it. Use them when your targeting depends on specific, hard-to-find attributes rather than standard firmographics.

05

How do you keep the data clean?

Review targeting and company fit, then use email and phone checks to identify unusable or uncertain contact details. Campaign enrollment includes the platform validation process. Validation reduces avoidable errors, but it does not guarantee that a person is still in the role or will respond.

06

Can SalesHive build the lists for me?

Yes. The same data layer powers our done-for-you list building service, where our team builds verified, precisely targeted prospect lists against your ideal customer profile. Use the platform tools yourself, hand it to us, or both, the lists land in the same place either way and flow straight into your campaigns.
